Lead pricing is influenced by various factors, including lead type (buyer vs. seller), geographic market conditions, lead quality and exclusivity, acquisition channels (e.g., paid search, social media, direct mail), and the age or freshness of the lead. Costs may also vary due to seasonal demand, local competition, and the specific targeting criteria requested. For instance, leads in highly competitive metropolitan areas may incur higher costs compared to those in less saturated markets.
Cancellations:
You can cancel a monthly plan anytime before your next billing date. For 3- or 6-month plans, cancellations take effect at the end of your commitment term. Aged lead packs are one-time purchases and cannot be canceled once delivered.
Refunds & Replacements:
We do not issue refunds for delivered leads, aged lead packs, or partial billing periods. For prepaid 6-month plans, canceling early will not shorten the term — your service remains active through the full duration.
If you receive a clearly invalid lead (e.g. fake contact info, wrong lead intent), report it within 48 hours. Once verified, you’ll receive a replacement lead credit — no hassle for obvious issues.
Modifications:
Need to upgrade your plan? We’ll apply any unused credit toward your new plan starting the following billing cycle.
